計算の要点：0 incomplete → 追加 画像; 1/2 → 通常 スクリーニング; 3 (< 2%) → short-間隔 fol低い-up; 4A/4B/4C (2–95%) と 5 (≥ 95%) → 生検; 6 → 確定的 治療. （詳細は原典を参照）
