Societies Release Vaccine Recommendations for Respiratory Virus Season
In the absence of updated federal guidance for the 2026 to 2027 respiratory virus season, US medical societies have published their own vaccine recommendations based on evidence reviews from the Vaccine Integrity Project, an initiative of the Center for Infectious Disease Research and Policy at the University of Minnesota. The up-to-date evidence reviews for influenza, COVID-19, and respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) were published in JAMA.
